The Community, Cultural, and Corporate Services Scrutiny Committee decided to approve recommendations regarding highways matters and community safety agreements on 16 January 2023. The committee recommended consideration of monthly highways reports, continued development of the Highways data dashboard, improved collaboration with utilities companies, promotion of the road works bulletin, establishment of a working group for the community safety agreement review, exploration of alternative partnership working arrangements, inclusion of local working groups, updates on Home Office reviews, and provision of information on domestic abuse refuges.
