The Lancashire County Council Employment Committee decided to approve the implementation of the pay proposal for Lancashire Renewables Limited effective from 1 January 2023. The committee also resolved to propose making an offer of appointment to Heloise MacAndrew for the post of Director of Law and Governance, subject to satisfactory references and Full Council approval. Consideration will be given to earlier consultation on Lancashire Renewables Limited pay reviews and aligning decisions with the council's budget-setting process.
