The Lancashire County Council Children, Families and Skills Scrutiny Committee approved recommendations on 22 February 2023. These included providing further information on the Kooth counselling service, increasing data provision at a district level, and reporting on virtual learning environments. The committee also requested reassurance on referral unit provision and a future update on audit tools and behaviour marking.
