The Full Council decided to approve the recommendations of the Employment Committee on 23 February 2023. The Employment Committee had approved the implementation of a pay proposal for Lancashire Renewables Limited effective from 1 January 2023 and proposed an offer of appointment for the Director of Law and Governance post, subject to references and Full Council approval. Consideration will be given to earlier consultation on Lancashire Renewables Limited pay reviews and aligning pay review and budget decisions with the council's budget-setting process.
