The Full Council approved recommendations from the Urgency Committee on 23 February 2023. The Director of Corporate Services approved changes to the county council's representative on the Board of Transport for the North on 6 January and 23 January 2023. The Urgency Committee noted its Constitution, Membership and Terms of Reference and approved the appointment of Heloise MacAndrew as Director of Law and Governance (Monitoring Officer).
