The Full Council decided to approve recommendations from the Political Governance Working Group regarding constitutional updates. The constitution will be amended to clarify procedures for withdrawing notices of motion, formalise the exclusion of notices of motion and councillor questions from the annual budget meeting agenda, and introduce a mandatory training requirement for members of the Regulatory Committee.
