Lancashire County Council Full Council approved the minutes of meetings held on 15 December 2022 and 9 February 2023. The council also resolved to ask the Chief Executive to write to the Mayor of the Liverpool City Region and the Secretary of State for tickets for Ukrainian refugees for Eurovision events. Additionally, the council committed to a campaign to raise awareness of the 'Just Can't Wait Card' scheme and make its public buildings accessible to cardholders.
