The Full Council approved the 2023/24 revenue budget, council tax, capital programme, capital strategy, treasury management strategy, investment strategy, minimum revenue provision policy statement, and fees and charges. The council tax for Band D taxpayers will increase by 3.99%, including a 2% increase for adult social care. Library reservation charges will be waived for refugees, asylum seekers, and individuals arriving through coordinated resettlement schemes.
