The Full Council of Lancashire County Council approved the minutes from its meetings on 15 December 2022 and 9 February 2023 on 25 May 2023. The Full Council also approved amendments to its constitution regarding withdrawal of notices of motion, budget meeting agendas, and mandatory training for regulatory committee members. Additionally, the Full Council approved the 2023/24 Pay Policy Statement and Members' Allowance Scheme, and increased the financial threshold for key decisions to £2m for 2023/24.
