The Health and Adult Services Scrutiny Committee decided to endorse the work undertaken to address health equity through the Foundations for Wellbeing project and to endorse the proposal to take this work forward. The committee also recognised the role members play in influencing and advocating for health equity and will make recommendations to the relevant Cabinet Member where necessary to support progress.
