The Lancashire Regulatory Committee approved recommendations for the proposed diversion of part of Footpath 2-21-29 at Croftlands, Pilling on 08 March 2023. The decision includes making an Order to divert the footpath, amending the Definitive Map and Statement, and taking a neutral stance if objections are received and sent to the Secretary of State. The applicants will bear all administrative charges and costs for bringing the new footpath into use.
