The Lancashire County Council Development Control Committee approved the variation of condition 8 of planning permission LCC/2016/0084 on 07/06/2023. The decision allows the permitted number of heavy goods vehicles leaving Foggs Farm to increase from two per day to 25 per week. The committee agreed to hard surface the first 15 metres of the site access road and maintain hedgerows for visibility splays.
