The Lancashire County Council Community, Cultural, and Corporate Services Scrutiny Committee approved recommendations on 13 April 2023. These included collating information on parish and town councils, supporting a Lengthsman of the Year award, and considering equity of funds for Public Rights of Way Grants. The committee also recommended sharing information on Covid-19 impacts, considering parish and town councils in data gathering, and reviewing performance data for ethnic minorities.
