The Full Council noted the report of the Urgency Committee on 12 October 2023. The Urgency Committee's decisions, made by the Director of Law and Governance and the Executive Director of Resources, involved approving committee chair and deputy chair changes, a fire authority membership change, and amendments to the Articles of Association for Lancashire Pensions Partnership. The Director of Law and Governance was authorised to make minor textural amendments to the draft Articles.
