The Full Council approved the report of the Lancashire Health and Wellbeing Board on 14/12/2023. The Health and Wellbeing Board supported the Government's intention to achieve a Smoke Free Generation, endorsed the council's bid for funding to expand the 'Swap to Stop' programme, and requested the pooling of funds with the Integrated Care Board for joint working. The Board also endorsed winter health and wellbeing plans, received a progress update on the Better Care Fund reset, and agreed to focus on Intermediate Care.
