The Children, Families and Skills Scrutiny Committee of Lancashire Council approved recommendations on 09/09/2024. The committee considered lessons learned from an Ombudsman report and how the service will respond to its findings. The service has appointed two complaints and correspondence officers, increased SEND team staff, and is improving its SEND helpline.
