The Lancashire Regulatory Committee approved recommendations for the addition of public footpaths across land off Knotts Lane and Lenches Road, Colne on 25 September 2024. The committee resolved to make an order to add these footpaths to the Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way. The decision maker will decide on the Order Making Authority's stance on confirmation after the order has been made and evidence further evaluated.
