The Health and Adult Services Scrutiny Committee approved recommendations from the Health Scrutiny Steering Group on 12 March 2025. The committee resolved to advocate for the role of planning in improving health and reducing health inequalities, and for the inclusion of Public Health policy recommendations in Local Plans. Further detail will be provided on schemes attracting contributions to health services, and reassurance will be sought that LCC and ICB Boards have established communication pathways.
