The Lancashire Local Pension Board noted the contents of the report on appeals received under the Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure for the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 on 27 January 2026. Fund officers have been working with LPPA to improve the retirement process, including automation of quotations and payments, and the launch of online forms. LPPA will introduce real-time validations for employer monthly returns in 2026.
