The Full Council approved updates to the County Council's Constitution on 15/10/2026. The Full Council noted amendments made since July 2026 and approved recommendations from the Political Governance Working Group. This included adding two observers from the Lancashire Parent Carer Forum to the Children, Families and Skills Scrutiny Committee and amending standing orders for notices of motion.
