Purpose

Approval will be sought to modify the existing
contract with Change Grow Live for the delivery of the Integrated
Offender Management service under Regulation 72 of the Public
Contracts Regulations.  The modification
will extend the contract period up to a maximum of 24 months to
enable continuity of service whilst a full review is
undertaken.

Content

The Director of Communities, Housing and
Environment approved the modification of the Integrated Offender
Management (IOM) service contract under Regulation 72(1)(b) of the
Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCRs). The total value of the
modification is £1,440,000 for the 24 month period
1st April 2025 to 31st March 2027.
