The Director of Adults and Health has -

a) Approved the proposal to procure and award a contract for a
transformation partner to undertake the diagnostic assessment as
Phase 1 of the programme, with the intention to utilise the same
partner to progress to Phase 2, supporting the implementation and
delivery of the programme (Phase 2 will be subject to a separate
decision). The maximum budget for Phase 1 is
£450,000.00.

b) Noted to utilise the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) framework
RM6187: Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3) by way of a
competitive procurement exercise.
