The Director of Adults and Health has –
 
· 
Approved Adults and Health request to modify the
existing contract with BHA For Equality under the provision of
Regulation of 72 (1) (b) of the Public Contract Regulation 2015 for
an additional period of 21 months. 
 
· 
Noted that the period of the modified contract will
run from 1st April 2025 to 31st December 2026
with a contract value of £487,868.
