Purpose

Approval to incur capital spend in the region
of £1.8m from capital scheme 33830/JOH/000 for costs
associated with the expansion of the resource provision at John
Smeaton Academy from September 2025.
 
The total cost is inclusive of construction
works, fees and contingency.
