The decision maker has approved the
recommendations set out in the report attached with effect from the
decision date.

In addition, the decision maker approved the decisions set out

Appendix 1 – Evaluation Matrix (Confidential) has been
identified as exempt/confidential under Access to Information rule
10.4(3) because the public interest in maintaining the exemption
outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information and
financial details, which could adversely affect the business of the
Council and the business affairs of the tendering companies.
