Purpose

Approval is being sought to procure a
framework of contractors to support the delivery of Non-Housing
Maintenance works to the civic estate managed by Climate, Energy and Green Spaces. Contractors will be
appointed to deliver the works over a term of 2 years with no
extensions.  The estimated value
of the contract is up to £2m per
annum, or £4m over the life of the contract.
