Purpose

Approve authority to spend for the total
budget associated with the refurbishment of the New Premises prior
to the relocation of Assisted Living Leeds (ALL), in January
2026.
Delegate authority to the Director of City
Development to procure and award the contract to the successful
tenderer, in March 2025.
Note the programme dates in section 9 of the
report.
Note the responsible officer for
implementation and the delivery of the refurbishment is the Chief
Officer Asset Management & Regeneration.
