Purpose

Housing Leeds is seeking approval to implement a new lettings
policy with changes to the qualification criteria to join the
housing register, who can be added to a housing application,
permanent removal of the date of registration and tenant transfer
quotas, increase in priority period, a new direct let category for
homeless customers and changes to award of priority to applicants
with children living in high rise accommodation. Approve the
commencement of consultation on changes to local lettings policies
and the New Build lettings policy.
