Purpose

Approval is sought to
put in an arrangement for the provision 
of Class 1 domestic heating materials (including boilers, valves
and radiators etc.).  The contract will
commence on 1st April 2025.
This will replace the current contract which
is due to expire on 31st March 2025.  The contract value is approximately £3m per
annum.  The contract length is
proposed  for 2 years with the option to
extend by two further periods of 12 months each (2+1+1) to align
with the existing 4 current gas servicing contracts.
