The Director of
Communities, Housing and Environment approved the modification of
the contract under Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts
Regulations 2015 (PCRs). The total value of the modification is
£492,000 for the three-year period:
a) 
Modify the contract with Turning Lives Around Ltd for the Intensive
and Dispersed Supported accommodation service -Beacon DN199026 for
the period 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2028
for a total of £492,000.
