The Deputy Director of Integrated
Commissioning has noted -

a)The contents of this report and approve the award of the contract
to Newton Consulting Ltd.

b)The contract value is £299,950 in respect of Phase 1
(Diagnostic assessment) with the contract commencing on 1st April
2025 and expiring on 30th June 2025. The scope and implementation
of Phase 2 (Strategic Transformation Programme) will be dependent
on the findings of Phase 1 and will be subject to a separate
decision at the appropriate time.

c)This decision will be implemented by Adults and Health acting in
partnership with Leeds Health and Care Partnership.

d)That Appendix 1 in this report is confidential and exempt under
Access to Information Procedure Rule 10.4(3) as it contains
information relating to the business affairs of organisations
involved throughout the process. It is felt that if this is
disclosed this would, or would be likely to, prejudice the
commercial interests of the Council.
