The Deputy Director of Adults and Health has

Authorised to modify the end date of the current Public Health
Funeral Contract for the provision of funeral services with the
provider Funeral Services Ltd trading as Co-Op Funeralcare, for a
further 2.5 years from 1st April 2025 with a value of
£248,125 and under the same terms and conditions.

Noted that it is in accordance with Regulation 72 (1) (b) of the
Public Contract Regulations 2015.
