Approval to appoint Turner & Townsend on a
term contract to deliver Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services
for Climate, Energy and Green Spaces. This will enable the
consultant to initially support the urgent roof renewal works at
the Torre Road Fleet Depot, whilst providing the Council with the
option to appoint them on further projects should the need arise
without the need for a further procurement.
It is proposed that the contract will run for 1 year with no option
to extend. Projects will be called-off from the term contract up to
a maximum value of £450,000 with the initial project for the
Torre Road works having an estimated cost of
£70,140.00.
It is proposed to appoint Turner and Townsend Project Management
Ltd through a direct award procedure from Lot 3 –
(Multi-Disciplinary Building Services) of the YORconsult3
