Purpose

a) Give authority to tender for the
construction of the scheme shown on the General Arrangement drawing
in Appendix 2.
b) Authorise the City Solicitor to advertise
the proposed Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO), attached in Appendix
3. If no valid objections are received, to make, seal and implement
the amendment to the Order(s) as advertised.
c) Approve the purchase & exchange of land
parcels, and the adoption of land administered by LCC Environments
and Housing, as highway that is necessary for the scheme. An
updated Highway Boundary is detailed in Appendix 3.
