Purpose

Approval to run a procurement exercise and award a contract for
Printing Services for Electoral Services.
 

Content

The Chief Officer, Elections and Regulatory
has taken the decision to award the contract for the provision of
expert electoral printing services for all and elections and
electoral registration related documents. 

A thorough tender evaluation exercise has identified a preferred
printer, who has scored highest overall across qualitative and
quantitative aspects.
 
The contract is awarded to Adare SEC Ltd
commencing on 8 May 2025 for 24 months with provision to extend for
up to a further 24 months and at the Schedule of Rates tendered
(approximate value £1,000,000 for the initial contract
period).
