Purpose

Noting the recent engineering completion of
Leeds Flood Alleviation Scheme (LFAS) and the councils ongoing
commitment to operate and maintain the scheme for its lifetime,
including natural flood management (NFM) measures in the Aire
catchment, we are seeking to take a decision to create the Aire
Resilience Company CIC.
