Purpose

Executive Board shall consider recommendations
on how the Council could take steps to facilitate regeneration and
investment at a key strategic location in South Leeds when
considering its landholdings and role in setting spatial visions
and Planning guidance and to consider and agree to the principle of
the land assembly for redevelopment of Elland Road Stadium.
