Purpose

Approval is being sought for the procurement
of a framework to support Leeds Building Services with the supply
of Electronic Security Equipment. The contract will be for 3 years
with an option to extend for 1 further period of 12 months (3+1).
The estimated value of the contract is up to £1m per annum
giving a total of up to £4m including the extension. The
framework will be divided into lots with each lot based on a
specific type of security equipment. Up to 3 suppliers will be
appointed to each lot with an estimated start date of 1st October
2025.
