Content

a) The Director of Community Hubs, Welfare and
Business Support approved the variation of the contract for Leeds
Citizens Advice and Law Centre (LCALC) to continue to deliver and
maintain provision of the current services plus additional advice
services namely specialist housing, debt and benefits and
immigration advisors to provide specialist and casework advice with
£300k funding from the WYCA Mayor’s Cost of Living
Fund.

b) The Director of Community Hubs, Welfare and Business Support
approved the variation of the contract for Leeds Citizens Advice
and Law Centre (LCALC) to implement a 0-19 PHINS Direct Referral
Service for advice services with £200k funding from Public
Health.

c) The Director of Community Hubs, Welfare and Business Support
approved the extension to contract by 12 months from 1 July 2025 to
30 June 2026.
