The decision maker intends to approve the
recommendations set out in the report attached with effect from the
decision date.

In addition the decision maker approves the decisions set out
below:

The framework is due to start October 2025 for an initial two-year
period until October 2027, with the possibility of a further
extension for a further 2 x 12 months. With an estimated value of
£5 million per annum.
