Purpose

Seeking permission to provide Children and
Families Grant (formerly Supporting Families grant) funding to the
city’s commissioned providers for substance misuse, domestic
violence and mild to moderate adult mental health to continue
specialist coordinators roles within Family Help hubs. To award a
contract via direct award to Behind Closed Doors for x3 Specialist
DV Co-ordinators in Family Hubs.
