Purpose

The Woodhouse Lane Gateway scheme is a
proposed set of sustainable transport measures comprising enhanced
bus, pedestrian and cycle facilities between Leeds city centre and
the University of Leeds.
 
This report is seeking approval to advertise
and (subject to objections) seal new Traffic Regulation Orders,
authority to tender for the construction, and authority to
construct the scheme on site.
