Purpose

The Council has been awarded £13.8m from
Wave 3 of the Government’s Warm Homes: Social Housing
Fund.
Combined with £16.2m from the Housing
Revenue Account, this will fund a £30m programme of fabric
first energy efficiency work between April 2025 and September
2028.
Housing Leeds is requesting:

Authority to accept the grant and
enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government.
Approval to Inject the £13.8m
grant funding.

Authority to Spend of £30m.

recommendations set out in the report attached with effect
from the decision date.
