Purpose

Authority to spend funding included within the
Capital Programme for 2025/26 (approved by Executive Board
12th February 2025) for improvement works across both
the Council’s estate, including delivery of the annual and
backlog maintenance programmes, and essential works across its
green spaces. The delivery of these programmes is essential to
ensure compliance with health & safety and other statutory
requirements.
