Extend the existing contract with GIPSIL for
the ‘Our Way Leeds’ young person’s supported
accommodation contract for a period of 2 years from the 1st July
2025 until 30th June 2027
Vary and increase the annual contract price payable to GIPSIL
representing an annual uplift and formalise the variation approved
in February 2025

Modify the service specification with GIPSL to clarify service
delivery expectations
