The Director of Adults & Health has approved the further
extension of the current grant arrangements with the Neighbourhood
Networks for a further 12-months out of the three years remaining
of the original maximum five-year extension. This will commence
from 1st October 2025 and expire on 30th September 2026. Details of
the individual grant arrangements are included in Appendix 1 with
them collectively amounting to £3,001,703 annually. The total
value of the proposed extension is £3,001,703.

The Director of Adults & Health has noted that the Older
People’s Commissioning Team will work with Procurement and
Commercial Services to implement the 12-month extension of the
current grant agreements at the earliest opportunity, following
approval of this decision and in advance of the current grant
period expiring on 30th September 2025.
