The Director of Public Health has -

Retrospectively approved from 1st April 2025, in accordance with
the provisions of Regulation 72(1)(a) of the Public Contracts
Regulations 2015 (‘PCRs’), a variation to increase the
contract price for the Home Independence and Warmth Service
delivered by Care & Repair (Leeds) Limited. The proposed
increase is £200,000 (two hundred thousand pounds) per annum,
to a total of £300,000. This is £200,000 from 1st April
2025 until 1st March 2026 and £100,000 from 1st April 2026
until the end of the contract period on 30th September
2026.
