The Director of Communities Housing &
Environment:

a) ‘Gave approval to Spend’ for £869,032 from
capital scheme number: 32886/HAL/000 for the delivery of the
‘Halton Library Refurbishment Scheme’.

b) Noted the programme delivery identified in paragraph 25 of this
report in relation to the implementation of this decision. The
final delivery date for this scheme will be dependent on the
available resources and existing commitment of the internal service
provider (LBS).

c) Noted that the officer responsible for implementation is the
Head of Customer Contact (Face to Face) - Communities, Housing
& Environment.
