Purpose

The decision is to put in place a new, updated
SLA with charity Groundwork Yorkshire (which the Council part-owns)
for goods and services they provide for the Council including (but
not exclusively) landscape design, project management, community
engagement and hard and soft landscaping works. The previous SLA
has expired.

recommendations set out in the report attached with effect
from the decision date.
