Purpose

Seek Authority to Spend for the appointment of
a contractor to undertake the proposed refurbishment of the former
St Mary’s in the Wood United Reformed Church for the proposed
Morley Learning and Skills Centre, the details of which are
Exempt/Confidential under Access to Information Procedure Rules
10.4(3), as disclosing the information and the financial details
would adversely affect the business of the Council and the business
affairs of a third party company.
